Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the LimeliJourney Affiliate Program (the “Program”), run by Lime Lift BV. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where these terms are silent, those apply. By applying to the Program you agree to them.

1. Joining the Program

The Program is open to agencies, consultants, creators, publishers, and operators who recommend LimeliJourney to businesses that run affiliate or partner programs. Applying is free. We review every application by hand and approve at our discretion; we may decline or remove any affiliate at any time. You take part as an independent business, not as our employee, agent, or partner, and you may not present yourself as any of those.

2. Commission and rate

You earn a recurring commission on the net subscription payments each customer you refer makes to LimeliJourney. Your specific commission rate is confirmed when your application is approved and is set out in your affiliate dashboard. The commission is recurring — it applies to every renewal, not only the first invoice — and continues for the lifetime of that customer's subscription, for as long as both the customer remains active and you remain in good standing in the Program. There is no cap on how many customers you refer or how much you earn. Commission is calculated on amounts actually received by us, net of taxes, refunds, discounts, credits, and payment-processing fees, and is paid in euros (EUR).

3. What counts as a qualified referral

A referral earns commission only when all of the following are true:

the customer is new to LimeliJourney — no existing account, and not an active trial, open opportunity, or lead we were already in contact with;
they reach us through your tracked referral link, or apply and are attributed to you, within the 90-day attribution window of their first click;
they convert to a paid plan and pay their first invoice in full; and
they remain a paying customer beyond the refund window for that payment.

Referrals of yourself, your own company's subscription, or anyone you reward with cashback, rebates, or other incentives to sign up do not qualify unless we agree in writing first. Where two affiliates could claim the same customer, the most recent qualifying click within the window wins (last touch).

4. The referral window and tracking

We attribute referrals using LimeliJourney's own first-party tracking. A referral is credited to you if the customer signs up within 90 days of their first click on your link. You are responsible for using the links and codes we issue you as-is; do not alter, cloak, or obscure them. We determine attribution in good faith using our tracking records, and those records are the reference in any dispute.

5. Payouts

A commission becomes cleared once the referred customer's refund window for that payment has closed. We pay out cleared commissions monthly, once your cleared balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month until they clear it. Payouts are made by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal, to the details you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for your own taxes; where the law requires it, you must provide valid tax or invoicing information before we can pay you.

6. Reversals, holds, and clawbacks

If a referred payment is later refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is reversed and deducted from your balance, including after it has been paid. We may hold or withhold a payout while we review suspected fraud, invalid traffic, or a breach of these terms. If your balance is negative after a reversal, we may offset it against future commissions.

7. Prohibited promotion methods

You must promote LimeliJourney honestly. You may not:

bid on “LimeliJourney”, “Lime Lift”, or close variants and misspellings as paid-search keywords, or use them in paid-ad display URLs;
send spam or unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages, or forum and comment posts;
use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, iframes, auto-redirects, or any method that sets a referral without a genuine, intentional click;
register domains, social handles, or app names that include our marks, or otherwise impersonate LimeliJourney or imply you are us or an official channel;
post fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or invented metrics, or misrepresent our pricing, features, or guarantees;
offer unauthorized coupons, discounts, or claims on coupon and deal sites; or
promote us anywhere unlawful, misleading, or damaging to our reputation.

Using any prohibited method voids the related commissions and may end your participation.

8. Disclosure and compliance

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with us wherever you promote LimeliJourney, as the advertising-disclosure rules of your market require (for example the FTC's endorsement guides in the United States). You are responsible for complying with all applicable marketing, anti-spam, e-privacy, and data-protection laws for the audiences you reach, and for any consents they require.

9. Changes to the Program

We may change these terms, the commission rate, or the Program itself. We will post material changes on this page with a new “last updated” date and, where practicable, give notice to active affiliates before they take effect. A change to the rate applies to commissions earned on referrals attributed after the change; it does not reduce commission already accrued on existing referrals. Continuing in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it.

10. Termination

Either of us may leave the Program at any time, for any reason. On termination your tracking links stop earning and your access to the partner portal may end. We will pay out cleared commissions above the minimum threshold that you are entitled to under these terms; we may withhold amounts tied to unresolved reversals, disputes, or a breach by you. Sections on reversals, prohibited methods, liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Relationship, liability, and governing law

Participating in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the commissions payable to you, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings from missed, unrecorded, or reversed referrals. These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes are subject to the courts of the district where Lime Lift BV has its registered office, consistent with our Terms of Service.
